2. Orders, Acceptance & Pricing

  • Order Processing: All orders are subject to grower availability and harvest conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, supply limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but occasional typographical or system errors may occur.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

3. Shipping, Perishables & Deliveries

Because our products consist of perishable fresh-cut flowers, our delivery terms are designed to protect quality:

  • Orders are shipped via expedited carriers directly from our grower partners.
  • While a direct signature is not always required, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery promptly and bring the flowers indoors.
  • Flowerbunches.com is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.

4. Returns, Claims & Care Guarantees

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-cut florals, all claims regarding damaged or unsatisfactory shipments must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the blooms and original packaging so we can coordinate replacements or refunds with our grower partners.
