Fresh Flower Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Flower Bunches, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality blooms straight from our trusted network of growers to your doorstep or event venue. Because our fresh-cut flowers are carefully harvested and drop-shipped directly from the farm, our shipping process is designed to maximize vase life and preserve natural beauty.
1. Shipping Methods & Processing Times
- Direct Farm-to-Door Shipping: All orders are cut to order and shipped via reliable, expedited carriers (such as FedEx or UPS) directly from our grower partners.
- Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically process within 24 to 48 hours. To ensure flowers do not sit in transit over the weekend, specific shipping holds may apply for weekend deliveries depending on your location.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched from the grower, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
2. Delivery Days
We offer delivery options across the continental United States. Standard delivery days depend on farm availability and transit times:
- Tuesday through Friday Deliveries: Recommended for standard arrangements, gifting, and everyday orders.
- Saturday Deliveries: Available in select regions for an additional carrier fee. (Please note that Sunday and Monday deliveries are generally unavailable).
3. Signature Requirements & Receipt
Fresh flowers are perishable and sensitive to extreme temperatures. While a direct signature is not always required for delivery, we strongly recommend that someone is home to receive the package upon arrival. Carriers will typically leave boxes in a shaded, secure area if no one is available, but boxes should be brought indoors immediately upon delivery.
4. Weather & Seasonal Adjustments
Severe weather conditions (such as extreme heat, winter storms, or freezing temperatures) can occasionally impact transit times or air cargo schedules. If an extreme weather event delays your shipment, our team or our grower partners will coordinate directly with the carrier to expedite delivery as safely as possible.
5. Care Upon Arrival
Your flowers arrive in specialized hydration packs or dry-pack wrapping designed to protect them during transit. It is completely normal for fresh-cut stems to look slightly "sleepy" or thirsty upon unboxing. Follow our Flower care guide immediately upon receipt—re-cut the stems at a 45-degree angle, place them in clean water with flower food, and allow 4 to 12 hours for them to fully hydrate and open.
6. Questions or Issues?
If your package experiences an unexpected delay, or if your flowers arrive damaged due to transit issues, please reach out to our customer support team immediately at 405-294-2116 or via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the blooms and packaging so we can quickly assist you with a resolution or grower replacement.
