Hybrid Pink Waxflower (Chamelaucium hybrid) is a beloved staple for event and retail florists, celebrated for its legendary vase life, woody stems, and sweet, pine-citrus aroma when handled. The branching stems are blanketed with small, cup-shaped pink florets that fill gaps effortlessly and frame focal flowers like garden roses, ranunculus, lilies, and peonies. To maximize fresh performance, give stem ends a fresh diagonal re-cut with sharp pruners, strip lower foliage that falls below the water line, and place immediately in cool, clean water with floral food.
